Healthy hips require us to bare weight in a way that spreads the load evenly over the entire joint and allows the hips to move and rotate in a way to support the pelvis and prevent the spine for overworking and becoming vulnerable to injury. This class focuses on hip joint and lower extremity awareness and the hip hinging pattern using a combination of DNS & Pilates based movements.
