This class will help you discover all the reformer has to offer: strength, flexibility, balance, and most importantly, functional stability, all wrapped up in one amazing workout!
  • REFORMER INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED – If you know the basics and can pressurize your abdomen using your diaphragm with the best of them, challenge yourself in this upper level class where the choreography builds off the Reformer Beginner/Intermediate classes and the control and focus needed is amplified. For the experienced Pilates student only.
  •  REFORMER CIRCUITMix it up! Combine reformer and Pilates EXO chair for a killer workout that will be sure to hit every muscle group. This class is a beginner/intermediate level and a perfect way to add even more functional movements to your class time while working on centrating your joints and creating a confident, upright posture.
