Nelson Pilates, Inc. Policies
- All new students are required to attend one private session before beginning any classes at the studio.
- Students will be placed in a level appropriate class to be decided by the instructor.
- General guidelines for advancement to the next class level are as follows:
- Beginner – 5-10 classes
- Intermediate – 10-15 classes
- Advanced – 15+ classes
- There are no membership fees. All classes are pay-as-you-go.
- All classes require advanced sign in to reserve your mat, reformer, or tower.
- Cancellation of an equipment class must be made at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for that class.
- When you finish your class or private package, we cannot hold your spot in a class until you purchase a new package.
- All unused classes expire 4 months after the date of first use.
- Unused classes can only be put on hold if we are provided with proper medical documentation before your classes expire.
- All sales are final. We cannot change a previously purchased package into another.
- All class times, days, fees, and instructors are subject to change.
