Our primary goal is to move each patient from passive to active care as soon as possible. To this end, our treatment programs blend chiropractic manipulation and soft tissue techniques like Active Release Technique and Graston with therapeutic stabilization, pre-Pilates exercises and supportive Kinesiotaping.
The ultimate outcome is decreasing symptoms and increasing postural control, muscular strength and endurance, coordination and balance. Our doctors strongly encourage continued support of your injury by integrating home stretching and exercise programs into the in-office treatment plan.
